The Programme Committee cordially invites those who wish to contribute to the conference to submit an abstract for an oral presentation or for a poster presentation. To submit an abstract it is necessary to create a user account. Deadline for abstract submission is now 4 March 2019.

Please note: Registration and abstract submission are two different procedures. To have submitted an abstract does not mean to be registered! But you can use your account (user name and password) for registration, too.

How to submit an abstract in our system:

Please enter your abstract as text in the provided text field.

Your text should not be longer than 3,200 characters incl. blanks.

Please make sure that you only enter the content of your abstract here.

For title, authors and further notes about the abstract,

special input areas are provided.


Call for workshops | Deadline: 3 March 2019      Download Call for Workshops A3 / A4

The ILTER OSM Programme Committee strives to promote new formats (i.e. workshops) that are organised from the bottom-up. Proposed workshops should focus on ILTER relevant topics (including new ideas) and be of interest to more than 10 participants. Workshops will be run in parallel with timeslots varying usually between 1.5 to 3 h.

We cordially invite those who wish to organize a workshop at the OSM to submit an abstract.

How to submit a workshop proposal:

The abstract should cover information on the proposed topic, the organiser(s),

the relevance for ILTER and the assumed number of participants

(which community is addressed particularly) with a maximum of

2,500 characters including blanks.
